Frequently asked questions

Pricing & the offer

How much does it cost to get a website built?

Nothing to start. We design and build the full site at no cost. You only pay once it's live — a flat $349/month for hosting, rate updates, and ongoing support.

What's the catch if the build is free?

No catch, but there is a commitment: a 12-month minimum on the $349/month plan. We do the build work up front on the bet that most credit unions stay on once they see the finished site.

How much is the monthly fee, exactly?

$349/month, flat. It covers hosting, security updates, and a reasonable number of content changes (rate updates, hours, staff, branch info) per month.

Does the $349/month go up later?

No. The rate you sign at is the rate you keep for as long as you stay a client, including after your 12-month minimum ends.

Is there a setup fee, deposit, or anything due before launch?

No setup fee and no deposit. The first payment is due when the site actually goes live on your domain, not before.

Is there a contract, and how long is it?

Yes, a simple month-to-month agreement with a 12-month minimum term. After that it continues month-to-month until you choose to stop.

What happens after the 12-month minimum ends?

Two options: keep the site on the $349/month plan with no change, or take the website files for free and host them anywhere you like.

Can I cancel before the 12 months are up?

You can, but the 12-month minimum means you'd still owe the remaining months on the plan, similar to an early-termination clause on a service contract.

Do you offer a discount for multiple branches or a longer commitment?

Yes — email us once you've seen your demo and we'll quote a rate for multi-branch credit unions or a longer initial term.

Why would you build it for free? What's the business model?

We make our money on the ongoing $349/month, not the build. It's the same model as a lot of SaaS and managed-service pricing: free onboarding, paid ongoing service.

What's included

What pages come with the site?

Home, Checking, Savings, Loans, Credit Cards, Membership, and Contact, plus a footer with NCUA and Equal Housing notices. See the demo for the exact layout.

Do you build the credit card pages too?

Yes — and they're pre-filled with your credit union's actual rates, fees, and rewards, pulled from our own directory of every U.S. credit card, not generic placeholder text.

Where does the credit card rate/fee data come from?

From allcredit.cards, our own public directory of every credit card from every U.S. bank and credit union. If your terms have changed since we last checked, just tell us and we'll update it.

Can I add pages you didn't include, like Careers or a blog?

Yes, extra pages can be added — mention it when you request your site and we'll scope it with you.

Is the site mobile-friendly?

Yes, every demo and every site we launch is fully responsive on phones, tablets, and desktop.

Do you handle NCUA and Equal Housing Lender notices?

Yes, both appear in the footer of every site by default, matching standard credit union compliance practice.

Can you connect our online banking login button, and is it secure?

Yes. We link the “Online banking” button to whatever provider you already use — Q2, Alkami, Banno, Fiserv, Candescent, or any other — and member passwords never pass through our servers; the login itself happens on your existing provider's own system.

Can you link to our existing loan application system?

Yes. We link out to your current application or online banking provider rather than replacing it — we build the marketing site, not a new core banking system.

Do you include our branch locations and hours?

Yes, with an embedded map, address, phone number, and hours for each branch you give us.

Will the site use our logo and brand colors?

Yes. Use the Customize option on your demo to preview your brand color before you even commit, and send us your logo when you're ready to launch.

Can I choose a different layout, not just the one in the demo?

The demo shows our standard credit-union template. If you want a meaningfully different layout, let us know — it may affect timeline or pricing depending on the scope.

Do you write the text content, or do we provide it?

We draft starting copy from public information (your name, location, history, products), and you're welcome to edit any of it before launch.

Seeing your demo

How do I see what my credit union's site would look like?

Go to the free website page, search for your credit union by name, city, or state, and a finished demo opens in a new tab — no sign-up required.

Is the demo really built with our real data?

Yes — your real location, and your real credit card rates and fees from our directory. Anything with a dashed underline gets filled in with more of your real details once you request the site.

Can I share the demo link with my board before deciding?

Yes, use Customize on the demo, then Copy link — it preserves your chosen color so your board sees the same preview you did.

Does viewing the demo commit us to anything?

No. Looking at a demo, or even sending us a message through it, creates no obligation on your part or ours until you actually sign up.

Can I try different colors before deciding?

Yes, click Customize on your demo to preview different brand colors and a couple of heading styles instantly.

How long does the demo take to generate?

It's instant — the demo is generated the moment you search and select your credit union.

What if my credit union isn't in your directory yet?

Email us your credit union's name and we'll add it — we're continually expanding our directory of U.S. credit unions and their card data.

Can I request a custom design instead of the standard template?

Yes, though a custom design from scratch is a different scope and price than the free standard build — ask us for a quote.

Can other people see my demo?

Demos aren't listed in search engines, but anyone with the link can open one, and every demo is clearly marked as a demo, not your official site. If you'd rather not have a demo online at all, email admin@allcredit.cards and we'll take it down.

Launch & timeline

How long does it take to go live after I say yes?

Typically one to two weeks from your request to a live site on your domain, depending on how quickly we get your branch details, logo, and DNS access.

Do we need to change our domain name or DNS?

You keep your existing domain. You'll just need to update a DNS record to point it at the new site — we'll give you exact instructions, or do it for you if you give us access.

Will our existing site go down during the switch?

No — we build and test the new site first, then switch the DNS over, so there's effectively no downtime for visitors.

Who points our domain to the new site?

Either you, following our step-by-step instructions, or us directly if you give us access to your domain registrar or DNS provider.

Do we need our own hosting account?

No, hosting is included in the $349/month. If you'd rather use your own host, that's fine too — just let us know.

What if we already have a domain registrar we want to keep?

You keep it. We only need a DNS change there, not a transfer of the domain itself.

Can you migrate content from our current website?

Yes, tell us what you'd like carried over (bios, photos, specific pages) and we'll bring it into the new site during the build.

Ongoing support & maintenance

What does “maintenance” actually include?

Hosting, security updates, and a reasonable number of content changes per month — rate updates, new hours, staff changes, branch info, and similar edits.

How do we request a rate or fee update?

Email us the new details, or use the contact form on your site — whichever's easier for your team.

How fast do you respond to update requests?

Most routine updates (a rate change, new hours, a staff photo) are turned around within one to two business days.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

The plan is built around us handling edits for you, so there's nothing for your team to learn or manage — just send us the change.

What if we want a whole new page added later?

Let us know what you have in mind. Small additions are usually covered under your monthly plan; larger ones may carry a separate quote.

Do you monitor uptime?

Yes, hosting includes monitoring, and we're notified automatically if something goes down.

What happens if the site goes down?

We're alerted immediately and work to restore it as a priority — this is exactly what the monthly hosting fee covers.

Is there a limit on how many changes we can request per month?

The plan covers reasonable ongoing maintenance, not a full redesign every month. If you're not sure whether a request fits, just ask — we'll tell you upfront if something's a different scope.

Do you provide analytics or visitor reports?

Basic visitor analytics can be set up on request — ask us when you request your site.

Data, security & compliance

Where does the credit card rate data come from, and how current is it?

From allcredit.cards, compiled from public rate sheets and issuer disclosures. Rates can change at any time at the issuer's discretion, so we recommend reviewing displayed rates periodically and telling us about any changes.

Do you store our members' personal information?

No. The website itself doesn't collect or store member account data — online banking and loan applications stay on your existing, separate systems, which we simply link to.

Is the site PCI compliant for taking payments?

The marketing site itself doesn't process payments or card transactions, so PCI scope doesn't apply to it the way it would to a payment processor — online banking and payments stay on your current provider.

Does the site handle loan applications or sensitive data directly?

No, we link out to whatever system you already use for applications and online banking rather than building a new one.

Is the hosting secure (SSL/HTTPS)?

Yes, every site we launch is served over HTTPS.

Who owns the website's underlying code?

During your active subscription, we own and maintain the codebase as part of the service. After your 12-month minimum, you can take a full copy of the files to keep or host elsewhere, free of charge.

Are you a vendor we'd need to run through third-party risk / vendor management review?

Quite possibly, depending on your credit union's own policies — we're happy to answer a vendor due-diligence questionnaire if your compliance team needs one.

Do you provide documentation for an NCUA exam?

We can provide a written description of the service (what we host, what data touches the site, and what doesn't) if your examiner asks — email us ahead of time so we can prepare it.

Cancellation & ownership

What happens to our website if we cancel?

If you cancel after the 12-month minimum, you can take the site files with you at no charge. If you cancel earlier, the remaining months on your minimum term are still owed, per the agreement.

Do we get the source files after 12 months?

Yes — request them anytime after your 12-month minimum and we'll hand over a full copy of the site, free of charge, whether you stay on our hosting or move elsewhere.

Can we switch web hosts later and take the site with us?

Yes, once you're past the 12-month minimum. We'll help make sure the move goes smoothly.

What happens to our domain if we cancel?

Nothing — you own your domain the whole time; we never hold or control it ourselves.

Is there a fee to cancel?

No cancellation fee beyond any months still owed on your 12-month minimum, if you're canceling early.

What if we're not happy with the design after launch?

Tell us what's not working — reasonable revisions are part of getting the site right, and it's in our interest that you're happy with it.

About Eve Digital Group

Who's actually building this — a company or one person?

Eve Digital Group LLC, a U.S. company (New Mexico). The credit union website offer is one of our services, alongside the allcredit.cards directory it's built on.

Why should we trust a company we haven't heard of?

Fair question — that's exactly why we let you see and use a real, working demo of your own credit union's site before you commit to anything, rather than asking you to take our word for it.

Can you provide references from other credit unions?

Ask us and we'll connect you with current clients who are comfortable being a reference.

Is this a scam? How is this actually free?

We make money on the ongoing $349/month hosting and maintenance fee, not the build — the free build is simply how we get a credit union in the door to see the finished product first.

Do you work with banks too, or just credit unions?

We started with credit unions, but the same $0-build / monthly-maintenance offer is open to any business, banks included.

Can I talk to someone before deciding?

We handle most questions by email and through the chat on demo pages so we can respond quickly and keep a clear written record for you — send us a message and we'll get back to you promptly.

How do I contact you if I have questions?

Use the contact form on your demo page, or email us directly — see our Contact page for the current address.

Referral program

How does the referral program work?

Refer a credit union (or any business) that signs up, and you earn $100 for every month they stay a client — for as long as they remain with us, with no cap.

How do I get paid, and how often?

Payouts follow our referral platform's standard schedule once a referred client's payment for that month has gone through — sign up through our referral page for the exact details.

Can I refer my own credit union?

The program is meant for referring other businesses to us, not for self-referring an organization you already represent as the client — ask us if you're unsure about a specific situation.

Is there a limit on how many businesses I can refer?

No cap — refer as many as you like, and earn on every one that stays a client.
